Okay, not since monday but since the last time I weighed t 2-1/2 weeks ago. I will take it b/c a) I lossed it and b) I am now 6 lbs closer to my goal weight.
Making good choices today. For lunch I had a veggie & feta sandwhich on high fiber/low fat bread with grapes. Don't know why I don't eat that sandwich more often b/c it is healthy and I like it. Oh speaking of like, I had the tortilla soup from Bread Co yesterday. YUMMY. The veggies on my sand were from the salad half of my pick two.
So the lite sandwich is to make room for a few extra calories b/c tonight I am taking Anna to see Toy Story 3 in 3D. She is very excited so I am excited. Trying to decide if I am going later to make sure I eat a good meal or just go to the show and skip dinner. Anna always loves HotDogs so I could feed her there. Not sure what I will do. But I will count the points.
ok, this was a few months ago. How are you doing now? I just decided to go Vegan and get healthy.
