There are 203 days between yesterday and december 27,2010 the last monday in 2010. So each day I am trying something new to improve my life. It will be a skill, new food, new drink, new exercise, new activity with Anna. Something that moves me one step closer to where I need to be.
Yesterday: Green tea. Tried it, liked it, don't love it, but going with it. 4 glasses so far today.
Today: Starting the choice option technique with Anna today from Love and Logic. If I get my living room clean enough, I am starting on a new 12 week treadmill workout. If not that will be tomorrow.
